DOCKING FOR REFRIGERATED AREA
Cold weather docking are systems designed to ensure optimal thermal insulation during loading and unloading operations in refrigerated environments. Equipped with specialized seals and ramps, they protect the cold chain by reducing temperature losses.
TRADITIONAL SYSTEM:
DOCKING WITH OPEN DOORS
This is the ideal solution for the thermal insulation of industrial buildings. The system is economic and effective and aims to ensure the continuity of the cold chain and a reduction of energy costs. The system consists of:
• A standard recessed telescopic dock leveller.
• A sectional door that also closes the ramp from the front. The sectional can be with standard panel (thickness 40 mm) or increased panel (thickness 80 mm) for additional thermal seal
• The bottom of the loading bay is closed in concrete or with insulated panel.
• Perimeter dock shelter.
• Bumpers.
• Automatic traffic light system.
DOAD SOLUTION WHILE TRUCK DOORS ARE CLOSED
• Recessed pit in the building floor to let open the vehicle doors
• Recessed concrete in the building to guide the door in front of the dock leveller
• Telescopic dock leveller with 1000 mm lip the maximum seals around the truck – Sectional door
• Door stoppers to prevent the vehicle doors from swinging back during loading
• Special bumpers
• Traffic light system with several logic types according to the customer request
